- NA Furnish all planning, supervision, labor, equipment, material, replacement parts, supplies and all things necessary to for the operation and maintenance of the Walter F. George and George W. Andrews Project, Fort Gaines, GA. Work to be performed includes two (2) 12-month base periods and eight (8) 12-month term periods. It is anticipated that a Cost Plus Award Fee Term contract will be awarded. The solicitation package will be available on or about 16 May 2002. This procurement is 100% set-aside for sma ll business. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $23 million for the past three years under NAICS 561210. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government?s best interest. Therefore, Offerors, (to include subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms) are required to self-register their firm or office o n the Internet and download the solicitation at the following Internet site: http://www.sam.usace.army.mil/sam/ct . NO TELEPHONE, FAXED OR MAILED requests will be accepted. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the mai ling list. Registration must include the firm?s physical address, telephone, a valid fax number and a point of contact. All notifications of changes to this solicitation shall be made through the Internet. Therefore, Offerors who have registered, are re quired to review the Internet daily for any posted changes to the solicitation.
