- NA The Garrison Commander, Fort Hamilton, New York announced on 1 May 2002 its tentative decision to retain in-house the Military Personnel Identification Card Services function. This decision is the result of a competitive process conducted in accordance wit h Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76. The decision to retain the performance of the function in-house was made after a detailed study indicated it was more cost effective to continue to perform the function by Government personnel rather than by contract. A 30 day public review period commences at the start of business on Thursday, 2 May 2002 and will continue through close of business, Friday, 31 May 2002. Documentation supporting the tentative decision is available for review at Building 111, R oom 217, Fort Hamilton, New York.
