- Description
- This requirement is for Projectile Tubes in accordance with drawing number 1335AS281. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Hennis Enterprises who has the appropriate proprietary tooling design and manufacturing process needed to fulfill this requirement. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 332995. The FSC code is 1375. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1).
