Description: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking a service that will provide electronic updates of the FAR. Electronic updates shall occur as new FAR Regulations are released. The updates shall have the ability to be uploaded into an Oracle Database, with a minimal amount of formatting required by the IRS. Once uploaded, IRS shall minimally have the ability to extract the desired information by FAR Clause. The FAR updates shall be provided in an industry standard magnetic media (i.e. 3.5? disk, CD-ROM).
