- GSA's National Furniture Center has refreshed a continuous open season solicitation for Multiple Award Schedule 72, Part I, Section A for Carpet, Carpet Tile, Cushion, Resilient Flooring - Vinyl, Rubber Tile Sheet goods, Mats & Matting (with & without logos) on or about May 6. This refresher solicitation revamps and combines all Special Items Numbers (SIN's). The Technical Requirement Booklet has been updated to extend testing requirements to every 5 years with 30-month certification requirements. ALL REQUIRED TESTING MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR OFFER OR YOUR OFFER WILL BE RETURNED. Contract periods will commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire in five years (exclusive of any options). There will be three (3) 5-year option periods.
