Description

Provide management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and plan, schedule, cooridnate and assure effective performance of all Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping and Related Services for the Federal Building/US Post Office and the US Customs Warehouse in Hilo, Hawaii. Period of service will be for a base year beginning July 1, 2002 through June 20, 2003, with four one-year optional follow-on years. Contractors must quote price for all five periods of service. YOU MUST HAVE A MAINTENANCE CREW IN HILO, HAWAII TO PERFORM THESE DAILY SERVICES. Services will be procured using Source Selection procedures, evaluating each firm's price as well as past performance and experience. Anticipated solicitaiton issued date is May 20, 2002. Copies of the solicitation may be requested by FAX (808) 541-3601, to the primary POC, or in writing to the Contracting Office address. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted.
