Description

C-Architect-Engineer Services Solicitation # GS06P02GZC0520 (PCN NIA97007) - Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Architectural-Engineering Design Services for a new, multi-tenant United States Courthouse, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Regional Selection Board has recommended the following firms for further evaluations and interviews: Cannon Design, Los angeles, CA; Hartman-Cox Architects, Washington DC; Herbert Lewis Kruse Blunck Architecture, Des Moines, IA; Rafael Vinoly Architects, PC, New York, NY; William Rawn Associates, Architects, Inc., Boston,MA. Stage II written proposals are due on June 11, 2002, 2:00 local time. Proposal evaluation factors are: Management Organization (35%), Design Ability of the Team (30%), Project Team (30%), Geographic Requirement (5%). Interviews will be conducted on June 19 & 20, 2002, in CedarRapids, IA. The written proposals and interviews will determine the firm recommended to provide contract services and the order of preference for all firms interviewed.
