Description

The release of the Request for Proposals has been delayed due to the large volume of industry comments. Firms that have confirmed the intent to bid and desire to participate in Due Diligence need not reconfirm. Firms that have not confirmed the intent to bid may confirm the intent to bid and desire to participate in due diligence at any time before the RFP is released. The RFP will specify an additional short confirmation period after release. This confirmation does not require an offeror to bid or participate in Due Diligence; it only ensures that the firm will be invited to participate in all parts of the Due Diligence. Once a new date for RPF release is determined, the release date will be posted to this website. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-AUG-2001). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 06-MAY-2002.
