- Notice of Posting of RFP Number R-OPC-21970 The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) Number R-OPC-21970 on or after Friday, February 22, 2002 for the HUD Information Technology Service (HITS) acquisition. The applicable NAICS is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with a Size Standard of $21.0 million effective 2/22/02. This acquisition will acquire HUD's Nationwide Information Technology and Telecommunications infrastructure services covering approximately ten (10) years including all option periods. It does not include application software development. It will be solicited and awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 15 for Full and Open Competition. There are no partial or total set-asides in this acquisition. This acquisition is not limited in any way to those firms who participated in the Multi-Step Advisory Process. Although an advisory multi-step process was followed in accordance with FAR 15.202, all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered; therefore, firms not participating in the advisory multi-step process may submit an offer. This acquisition will include a Due Diligence process during the proposal preparation phase. Within three working days after the RFP is released, each Offeror intending to submit a proposal as a prime Offeror in response to this RFP should confirm its participation in due diligence via an e-mail to Anne_V._Mcevoy@hud.gov. to ensure the offeror's participation in all events. Offerors are encouraged to confirm their participation in due diligence in advance of the RFP release. The confirmation shall include the Offeror's intent to conduct a due diligence review and contain the following information to enable the government to effectively coordinate due diligence events: ? The Offeror's due diligence contact point (name, telephone number and e-mail address), ? Roster of no more than 5 attendees for each due diligence event (the same 5 people need not attend each event and may be personnel from the prime or its subcontractor), ? Sites desired to be visited, ? Each topic that the Offeror would like discussed during Due Diligence ? Any additional information the Offeror deems necessary (e.g., accessibility requirements).
