- A draft RFP has been posted to the HITS home page at www.hud.gov/cts/hits.html for review and comment. (Potential offerors should be aware of the following information: 1. All questions regarding the HITS procurement must be submitted via the Q&A tool found on the HITS home page; 2. All information regarding the HITS procurement is found on the HITS home page; 3. A presolicitation notice was posted in FedBizOps on April 19, 2001; and 4. This procurement will not be set aside for small business or the 8(a) program.) The HITS draft RFP is provided for your review and comment. You are requested to identify any: 1. Features of the RFP that are unclear; 2. Recommendations that you may have for improvement; 3. Omissions or inconsistencies; and/or 4. General comments that you would like to make regarding the RFP and its approach. As industry experts, you are most qualified to critique the RFP and provide suggestions as to how to make it a better document. Please submit all your comments via the Q&A tool on the HITS page. HUD is striving to forge a partnership with the future HITS contractor. This is your opportunity to help craft the RFP which will become the back bone of the HITS contract. Your input is vital in helping HUD ensure that the resultant contract is considered a "win win" opportunity for both HUD and the HITS contractor. In your responses please identify the RFP section and paragraph you have questions or comments about.
