Unrestricted ABVS Applies, The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation, Quantity 62 to Stockton,CA, 43 to New Cumberland, PA, Total of 105. Solicitation issue date is May 22, 2002.
