- NSN 1630-00-998-7940, Insulator, Piston, B F Goodrich P/N 115-412. This requirement is for a firm fixed buy for quantity of 1151 each, FOB origin. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this NSN. DO NOT call DSCR-VABA for drawing information. If you are not currently in the item description, you must provide a complete technical data package for review and approval. Final contract decision will be based on price, past performance, and other factors as so stated in the solicitation. It is anticipated that the award will be made via a delivery order against a BOA. The solicitation issue date is 9 May 2002. Notes 9 and 22 apply.
