- Description
- The purpose of this requirement is to conduct the data collection for the National Nursing Home Survey, a national probability sample survey of nursing homes and residents. The survey will be conducted using Blaise-based computer-assisted personal interviews and self-administered questionnaires. The survey will be conducted in three phases. A pretest (Phase I) will be conducted in January-February 2003, the national survey (Phase II) will be conducted in September-December 2003, and a repeat of the national survey (Phase III) will be conducted in 2005. The period of performance will be approximately three and a half years (3.5 years). This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. The estimated release date for this RFP is approximately 15 days after this publication and closing will be approximately 30 days after issue date. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government.
