- NA 2 Each Kits - Aircraft Quality Electronic Tool Kits. This solicitation and listing may be viewed/downloaded from our web page http://www.uspfo-mo.org. Each tool will be laser etched with an individual box ID number such as MOARNG-E1, etc. (To be determin ed upon award). Each tool box to have a black cover silkscreened with MOARNG Maintenance Shop and provide 2 keys for the tool box lock. Contractor will include laser etching on boxes and each tool in each set, plus an inventory list in each box. Etching to be min 1/8 inch (if tool size allows). Tools will have lifetime warranty replacement, normal wear and tear. On replacement tools, replacement will be within 10 days after notification by Government. Vendor will also provide foam inlays for each dra wer for each tool in the box. Density of foam to be industrial grade (no less than 1/2 inch inllays), red bottom layer and top layer in a dark color (preferably black). Vendor will submit foam tool layout drawing for each drawer prior to cutting the foam inlays. These will be submitted to the Government for approval. Email or fax quotes will be accepted.
