- NA This contract is to provide analysis of at least 40 and no more than 48 Cat I PQDRs and exhibits of AH-64A equipment reported as deficient. The contractor will provide Teardown Deficiency Reports for each PQDR. The Government intends to award a delivery order to Contract DAAH2301G0024 DO 0008 to sole source contractor McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company (MDHC), 5000 E. McDowell Rd, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797 under the authority and justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package and no solicitation will be issued. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contract ing Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
