Description

NA Work consists of removing approximately 60,000 cubic yards of material by hydraulic pipeline dredge with disposal/placement of the material on the beach. Estimated cost range of this project is $250,000 - $500,000. Plans and specifications for this solic itation will be issued on CD-ROM,ONLY, on or about 18 June 2002 with bid opening on/about 18 July 2002. They will be FREE OF CHARGE AND SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED. Plans & Specs WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IN A PRINTED PAPER HARD COPY FORM. Amendments will be made through either diskette, CD-ROM, or hard paper copy form. All Bid Forms, Bid Bonds, and other normal documents required for bid submittal SHALL BE IN PAPER MEDIUM. Electronic medium for bid submittal SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED. Requests for solicitation docum ents should be addressed to USAED, WILMINGTON, ATTN: HILDA AYERS, PO BOX 1890, WILMINGTON, NC 28402-1890, OR FAX REQUESTS TO 910-251-4454, ATTN: HILDA AYERS.
