- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a noncommercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-02-Q-0180, is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract is restricted. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07 and DCN 20020426. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334290 and the business size standard is 750 employees. The following is a sole-source to Pro-Four Video Products, Inc., 2131 Sunnydale Blvd., Clearwater, Fl 33765. This requirement is as follows: CLIN: 0001, Contractor is to take the concept demonstrator mount and install necessary hardware to achieve full stabilization compensation, Universal Gun Mount Sight incorporation and auto-tracking. The contractor also furnishes a remote control hand control unit for complete remote operation. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination, 30 days after award of purchase order. Final inspection will be NSWC Crane. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
