- Description
- This procurement provides for the Systems Development and Demonstration (SD&D) and production of the Ship, Submersible Guided Missile Nuclear (SSGN) Multiple All-Up-Round (MAC) Subsystem, support equipment and handling gear. This effort is for system design and development with options for production of 88 MACs, 3 sets of handling gear and support equipment, and production shutdown. Negotiations will be conducted with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Marine Systems, Electronic Sensors and Systems Division, P.O. Box 3499, 401 E. Hendy Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94088, the only contractor, with the specialized experience, knowledge, and capabilities necessary for contract performance. See Note 22.*****
