- The contractor shall provide Audiology Services and other related work at the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Indian Education Programs (OIEP), Shiprock Agency, various schools in Arizona and New Mexico in accordance with the Solicitation (Request for Proposal) RMK0E020113. The solicitation package will be available on April 22, 2002 at the above address. Please submit request by phone (505-248-6951) or fax (505-248-6941). Proposals are due on May 22, 2002 at 4:30pm (MST). Anticipated award date June 22, 2002. See Note 1.
