Description: Purpose of the project is to furnish mental health consultant services for the Frenchburg Civilian Conservation Center, Frenchburg, KY. Project includes all supervision, labor (including any assistants), transportation of Contractor's personnel and incidentals, other than those provided by the Government, as outlined below, necessary to successfully provide services. Contract time includes a base year with a possible additional four option years. Start work date is July 1, 2002. See Numbered Note. No. 1
