- Offerors need not submit for both line items to be considered, however, should the requested services be awarded to two different offerors, it shall be understood that Substance Abuse Treatment services (line item #2 TDAT) will be provided on-site at the Community Corrections Center. The RFP issue date is on or about 4/14/02 and the estimated closing date is 6/15/02. This solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloaded instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed solely through this site. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No fax, telephonic, or written requests will be accepted for this solicitation.
