Description

This serves as a notice of intent to procure on a sole source basis with Datakey for annual maintenance of smart card readers and CIP software. This requirement supports the Department of State, Bureau of Information Resource Management (IRM) for the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) program. Any IT software maintenance firms that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within fifteen days from the date of publication of this synopsis. This notice may represent the only official notice. If no responses are received, the Department of State will proceed with the sole source award to Datakey. This is a simlified acquisition.
