- Description
- The VA Salt Lake City Health Care System (VASLCHCS) is seeking proposals for Home Medical Equipment Services in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on RFP 660-042-02 for the beneficiaries of the VASLCHCS. This acquisition is unrestricted. The contract period will be one base year with 4 one-year renewals at the Government?s option. Electronic copies of this solicitation are immediately available and may be downloaded from the website listed in this announcement. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining subject amendments. Offerors shall mail or hand-carry proposals to the attention of Richard Garrard, Contracting Officer (04AA), VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148. All proposals shall be received in the issuing office no later than June 10, 2002, before 1:00 P.M. Local Time. Electronic or faxed offers will not be accepted. NAICS Code 621999.
