- Solicitation F29651-02-Q0285 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The electronic solicitation and this synopsis constitute the only announcements. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set aside 100 percent for small business. The solicitation consists of (1) one line item. Line item 0001: Tracking System, Laser, 3D, Automated Precision, Inc, Laser Tracker II or equal, 1 ea. Requirement includes 5 days on site system training at Holloman AFB, NM.
