- Description
- NA Web Site development and maintenance to support the GA Army National Guard to include WEB pages and their connection to databases for day to day operational requirements. Requirement is for twelve-(12) month performance, at Oglethorpe Armory, Atlanta Geor gia, Monday through Friday, 0800 - 1630. The government shall provide all hardware, software, workspace, utilities and equipment necessary to perform the work. At no time shall government documents or property be removed from the work area. Occasional t ravel is required within the state. Task assignments shall be tracked in MS Project. Task requirements shall include but are not limited to the following: design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of web pages. Use of Microsoft?s InterDev utilit y, HTML, DHTML, ASP, SQL, VB Script, Java Script and deployment of latest web technologies. Entries within DNS server and domain names. Scanning server/content for viruses and security precautions. Development of ODBC connections to existing databases. Design and production of optimized graphical elements. EVALUATION FACTORS: Past Performance ? company history: minimum 6 years, 3 previous references; Employee Experience/Education: minimum 6 years. Technical-Functional: HTML, DHTML, ASP, SQL, VB Script and Java Script; knowledge of systems design and engineering drawings supported by analytical and administrative skills. Collecting, collating and analyzing user and/or system requirements? specifications for communications, computing, or IT related prod ucts or system. Technical and past performance when combined are 60% compared to price. Selection may include discussion to determine level of qualifications. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS code 541512. The size standard is $18.0 million per year, based upon the average of the past three years fee revenue. The cost range is under $100,000.
