Description

NAIC Code: 235710. The EROS Data Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has a requirement for the following: provide and place new concrete flooring in two locations on a basement level. Existing work sites already have vapor barriers and sub-base materials existing. The Contractor shall bring existing sub-base surface to a smooth and level surface, compact existing surface, and remove and/or provide additional sub-grade Materials (sand) as necessary to place new concrete for new flooring. Total estimated area to be concrete filled is approximately 23,000 square feet (2,136.77 square meters). Provide a minimum of five (5) inches (12.7 cm) thick, 3,000 psi concrete flooring. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 21, 2002 and will close on or about July 23, 2002. A site visit will be scheduled but no date has been set at this time. There is no charge for solicitation documents. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
