Description

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE & RELATED SPACE HAVRE, MONTANA The Federal Government is seeking expressions of interest by parties wishing to lease approximately 2,100 rentable square feet of first class office space, yielding a minimum of 1,735 to a maximum of 1,825 usable square feet, located within the incorporated city limits of Havre, Montana. The proposed lease term is 15 years, 10 years firm. The initial tenant shall be the Social Security Administration. One reserved parking space, and handicapped and visitor parking sufficient to meet local code is also required. The offered space must be fully handicapped accessible in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, including an accessible route to the space, the main entrance to the space, and accessible restrooms on the same floor as the offered space. Buildings on the Historic Register, eligible for the Historic Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. The offered space cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
