Description: The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to establish a contract for presentation nationwide of training courses. These courses are to introduce the ITS telecommunications to those who have little or no previous exposure to the issues surrounding the deployment and use of telecommunications infrastructure. It introduces participants to the fundamentals of wireline and wireless telecommunications systems.
