Description

NA U. S. Army CECOM is issuing this announcement as a Request for Proposal for, five-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract for the procurement of BEM-7650 Bandwidth Efficient Modem Spare Parts and Depot Repair Support Services. Firm-Fixe d-Price delivery orders will be issued for spare parts, and Time and Materials delivery Orders will be issued for depot repair support services. The proposed source for this effort is COMTECH EF DATA, 2114 West 7th Street, Tempe, AZ. COMTECH is the only source that can manufacture, maintain, and support equipment IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.
