- Description
- Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision as necessary to partially replace sprinkler and standpipe system at the VA Medical Center 423 E. 23rd Street, NY, NY 10010 Project No. 630-01-101. Evaluation factors are as follows: Contractors qualifications per specification 15500 ----- 30% past performance, 10 years fire protecton ---- 20% Technical approach ---- 30% Price proposal ---- 20% . Contractors to submit proposals that address evaluation factors and provide six references of previous work, three of the projects must be completed within the last two years and three projects completed within the last ten years to support qualifications and past performance. All work shall be performed in full accordance with VA specifications and contract drawings. Completion time is 120 calendar days. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
