Description

NOODLE MACHINE SPECS: A. Must have production capacity of 0.5 up to 1.0 kg per batch 2. Must have ability to maintain temperature of sheeting rollers via thermal circulator, circulator must have capacity of 16 L/min 3. Temperature range for rollers must be +5 C to 40 C 4. Must have ability to add module for measuring pressure on the rollers during dough sheeting 5. Must have stainless steel rollers and cutters 6. Roll width should be 150 mm with 180 dia 7. Must have variable speed motor 8. Must have stainless steel roll cutter, square with 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm sizes 9. Machine must be widely used for research in food industry and academia(for production of noodles) to compare results of our research to previous results.
