- Description
- Demolish 3 family housing units to include 2 duplex units and one single family house and remove all debris at Marine Corps Family Housing, 5000 Westover Rd., Belton, Missouri. Removal and backfilling of foundations, driveways, sidewalks and curbs will be included in the solicitation as an option. All salvageable materials and property will become the property of the contractor. All work shall comply with federal, state and local regulations. The work will be subject to the Service Contract Act. Inspection of the site is not required, but is highly recommended. A group site inspection will be conducted on 6 June 2002 at 10:00 am (CDT). A total of 60 days will be allowed for completion of the work. The NAICS code is 235950, Wrecking and Demolition Contractors, and the size standard is $7.0 million. The solicitation will be conducted under simplified acquisition procedures with award based on price and price related factors. Paper solicitations will be posted at the contracting office and will be available by mail.
