- THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR AWARD TO A CERTIFIED HUBZONE BUSINESS CONCERN. This solicitation is a Request for Proposals to secure services for manual release of planted and/or natural seedlings on 987 acres of the Mendocino National Forest. The NAICS code is 115310. Project area can be reached from Elk Creek traveling west on Forest Hwy 7 to FS road 24N02. The solicitation will be available ELECTRONICALLY on FEDBIZOPPS approximately May 30, with proposals due on July 2 at 4:30 p.m. A prebid meeting is tentatively scheduled for June 12 at 0800, please check solicitation for confirmed date. Estimated start work date for the project is August 5.
