- Description
- This is a design build project that is set-aside for SEDB concerns approved under the SBA 8(a) program. The specification will cover the requirements for the works associated with the design, fabrication, and delivery of equipment buildings for the runway 34L Localizer (LOC), 34L Glide Slope (GS), 16R Localizer, 1R Glide Slope, and 16R MALSR. Work includes the design and fabrication of five buildings (including precast door steps) ranging from 12? x 20?. Building must be steel, factory assembled, self-contained, and portable. The buildings will be used to support the Instrument Landing Systems and MALSR for the new runway 16R/34L, Denver International Airport. The contractor shall allow full access by the FAA while fabrication and equipment installation is taking place. Prospective offerors may be asked for proof of SBA 8(a) certification, lists of proposed subcontractors and details regarding price.
