Description
NA 17. This covers requirements for NSN: 1615-01-461-6127, PN: 7-311411003-621, with an estimated quantity to be awarded within the first twelve-month period of performance for a minimum quantity of 10 each and a maximum quantity of 75 each , plus two options to extend the period of performance of the contract for two additional periods of twelve months each and a minimum quantity of 10 each per year and a maximum quantity of 50 each per year, for a total of three years of contract coverage. This item is applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to be determin ed. Required Delivery Schedule with First Article Testing is 5 each, 450 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 5 each the following month. Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 5 each, 300 Days After Contract Award and 5 each the fo llowing month. Required Delivery with Alternate II is 5 each, 375 Days After Contract Award and 5 each the following month. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, 5000 E. McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797 and Fenn Manufactur ing Company, 300 Fenn Road, Newington, CT 06111. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encou raged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated da te and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
