- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has a requirement for construction renovations in room 4A-104 at the DOE. The estimated price range for this notice is from $100,000 - $250,000. This acquisition is restricted to Small Business concerns. The Industrial Code is 235510 and the size standard is $12 million. The work will be performed at the DOE Forrestal Building in Washington, D.C.. The solicitation and contract award for this requirement will be issued electronically (No hard/paper copies will be available), interested firms must register at the DOE's "Industry Interactive Procurement System" (IIPS) home page at http://www.pr.doe.gov to download/obtain a copy of the solicitation and solicitation attachments (Note: Telephone request for the solicitation will not be accepted). It is estimated that the solicitation, specifications and drawings will be available in mid March. However interested firms should check the DOE's "Industry Interactive Procurement System" (IIPS) at http://www.pr.doe.gov to obtain the actual solicitation release date. For assistance in registering on the IIPS system contact the help desk at (800) 683-0751. The dates for the walk-thru as well as the date bids are due will be in the solicitation. Also, copies of the solicitation and amendments will be available for downloading from the same Internet address mentioned above. See Numbered Note(s)#1.
