Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F29651-02-Q-0304. This requirement is for commercial brand name items or equal. Requisition Number F1SPCE21280100 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 421820. The item required for this acquisition is 1 each Mosquito Fogger, Model Cougar (or equal) with radar variable flow control system including delivery and three (3) year warranty. Specs: engine, 8 hp (319 cc); blower, 100 CFM; weight 250 lbs (112 kg); nozzle, IHPLAT; dimensions: 42"l x 38"w x 43"h; flow rate ULV, 18 oz/minute; formulation tank, 15 gal; flush tank, 2 qt; fuel tank, 6 qt. One attachment is included: The solicitation, Standard Form 1449, Solicitation, Offer, and award. IMPORTANT NOTICES: (1) RFQ submission ?
