Description

This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS). The 311 HSW/YACL, Brooks AFB, TX is seeking sources for a VALVE, PNEUMATIC INFLATION. Relative NAICS code 421830. Item is the inlet valve used on 20-Man Life Raft. Quantity: 88 EACH. Predominate Material & Dimensions: Brass & Rubber: 3.5 X 1.0 inches. A FIRST ARTICLE, consisting of five (5) units is required. Contractor First Article Testing required. Must be manufactured to Military Standard MS29600 and Procurement Specification of MIL-V-8883. Recommended Source: STAR-GLO INDUSTRIES (17384), must also submit First Article requirements. Firms possessing the capabilities to accomplish requirement are invited to submit a statement of qualification, enclose product information/catalogues, current GSA or other schedule information (if applicable) and price list/schedule.
