Description: NA The HQ, US Army Operations Support Command (OSC) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Petroleum Analyzer Company, L.P. for the purchase of 3 each Micro Distillation Analyzers, Model PMD 100 including a 1-year extended warranty and accessories and spare parts and 3 each Automatic Freeze Point Analyzers, Model FZP 5GS including a 1-year extended warranty. These units have been approved by the Government based on extensive testing and meet the requirements of existing equipment. Interested parties shall identify their interest in writing and must include prices and descriptions containing sufficient technical documentation to establish capability to meet the requirements. No award will be made on the basis of offers or proposals received in response to this notice. To be considered, interested parties must provide manufacturer?s product literature and performance data, sufficient to verify compliance with the above specification requirements. Item by item specification complianc e statement describing the differences between the above specified and the proposed equipment and services. Manufacturer?s certification of testing performed on a complete and functional unit is required and testing must be compliant and compatible with t he current brand and model number. All interested firms that can meet all the requirements set forth above are requested to submit responses, but only in writing with clear and convincing documentation within 10 days of publication of announcement to: HQ, OSC, ATTN: AMSOS-CCM-I, Ms Amy VanSickle, Rock Island, IL 61299-6000.A solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of solicitation. All responsible sources may respon d and will be fully considered. If no responses are received within the 10 days, the Government intends to make contract award to Petroleum Analyzer Company, L.P.
