Option 2 - Asphalt access road, 676 foot long X 24 foot wide. Option 3 - Asphalt parking area, 4,400 S.F. Option 4 - 8 in. sanitary sewer, 265 foot and 2 in. gas line, 350 ft. Option 5 - Site landscaping, approximately one acre. All other information published in the original syopsis is correct.
