- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management, (BLM), has seed requirements for the varieties and quantities of seed as advertised herein. This procurement is established as a Request for Proposals, commercial item buy, unrestricted acquisition. Pertinent terms and conditions for this buy are: The BLM shall evaluate the seed for each item number based on seed certification and the lowest PLS price per pound. Awards may be made on higher PLS price certified seed versus a non-certified PLS priced seed. When a variety is not specified (VNS), the offeror must specify the variety being offered, the government may award on a higher PLS price based on a preferred variety. Other evaluation factors include past performance. Delivery is required on or before 7/11/2002.
