- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a noncommercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-02-Q-0188, applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07and DCN 20020426. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332710 and the business size standard is 500 employees. The following is a 100% small business set-aside. This requirement is as follows: CLIN: 0001, a quantity of 8000 each Drawing No. 3268AS131, Stud. Drawing may be downloaded on www.crane.navy.mil/supply/02Q0188/02Q0188/htm. A sample of 10 parts is required prior to delivery of the full production quantity. Delivery is F.O.B. Crane, 60 days after award of Purchase Order. Award will be based on past performance and price. Quotes that are non--compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
