Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to negotiate a contract with Sytronics Incorporated, 4433 Dayton -Xenia Road, Dayton, Ohio under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation subsection 6.302-1 for the upgrade of two (2) TF34 Aircraft Engine Main Fuel Control Test Stands for the Naval Aviation Depot Jacksonville. The upgrade will incorporate state-of-the-art technology utilizing the Fuel Control Automatic Test Software (FCATS) program in the generation of test results. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However,all proposals that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the Government will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
