Description: The requirement is for Elevator Inspection and Supplemental Services in the FDIC-owned buildings in Washington, DC and Arlington, Virginia. Per the Statement of Work, all elevator inspections covered by this contract shall be performed by a Certified Elevator Inspector (CEI) certified by the National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities (NAESA). Inspectors performing work on this contract shall also be certified by the Commonwealth of Virginia as an elevator Inspector General through the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.
