Description

Subject notice is issued in accordance with DoD Strategic Supplier Alliance (SSA) Program, and competition requirements set forth in FAR Part 6.302-1. Pursuant to DoD SSA Program objectives and applicable FAR requirements, the resultant contract will establish a long-term Indefinite-Quantity Contract Alliance between DLA and Avibank Manufacturing, Inc. for a population of sole source items, which are both military unique and commercial in nature. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price incentive contract, and permit for potential incentives that may be earned by the contractor in accordance with pre-established key performance parameters. It is anticipated that the contract term will be for a potential eleven (11) year period, consisting of a 3-year base period and four (4) 2-year option periods.
