Description: The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, (APHIS), Engineering and Property Services (EPSB), Minneapolis, MN intends to acquire Contracting Officer Representative services for oversight of a buildout at the San Francisco Airport beginning sometime in late May or early June 2002.
