Description
NA US ARMY CECOM proposes to procure 300 each C-2279/VCR/Intercomm Set Control/ P/O AN/VIC-1 Intercomm, NSN:5830-00-892-0338, manufactured IAW drawing number SM-D-415221. This effort will result in a firm-fixed price contract using REVERSE AUCTIONING. Fir st Article will be required of the winning bidder. THIS ACQUISITION IS 8(a) SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS and award will be made to the lowest priced responsive, responsible bidder. Delivery will be within 210 days after award to New Cumberland, PA. A CD -ROM drawing or other data will be available electronically via the Business Opportunity Page (BOP). The US ARMY COMMUNICATIONS-ELECTRONICS COMMAND (CECOM) ACQUISITION CENTER has established a WORLD WIDE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY PAGE at http://abop.monmouth .army.mil, to provide electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Invitation for Bids (IFBs) and Request for Quotes (RFQs) from government to Industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send an d receive information from the CECOM Acquisition Center World Wide Business Opportunities Page. Upon accessing the webpage, click on CECOM Business Opportunities. You may access potential CECOM Business Opportunities by simply typing ?guest? for the logi n ID and password. Registration for a user ID and password will only be necessary when you are considering the submission of CECOM proposals through the Business Opportunities Page. This acquisition will be made by reverse auctioning procedures (See S ection ?L? of the solicitation for instructions on reverse auctioning procedures). Award will be made by the lowest price submitted under a reverse auction technique. Interested participants will be utilizing a reverse auctioning tool developed by CECOM. The date of the auction is TBA. Those participating will be issued specific Passwords and Logins to be used to access the auction. Please be notified that this procedure will be conducted on the Internet with auction bids open for view to all partici pants. By participating in this program, you grant the government the right to disclose your price, however, your name will be kept anonymous.
