Description

NA The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to negotiate with Capstone International, Inc., Alexandria, VA 22314 on a sole source basis for the development of an inventory to provide the Neurotoxin Exposure Treatment Research Program (NET RP) a cohesive database that will allow communication of research needs and provide a focus for communication on NETRP results. The period of performance is anticipated to be one base year with two one-year options. This contract action is based on the a uthority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
