Description

The Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement to provide the Office of Administration and Resources Management in Cincinnati, Ohio operation and maintenance support services for the EPA's Cincinnati facilities. There are currently seven facilities in Cincinnati that will be covered by this procurement. The work will be conducted on-site. The required services will entail facilities support services to operate, maintain, repair, improve and provide an array of associated services as specified in the Statement of Work. A pre-proposal conference is anticipated, the date and time which will be specified in the solicitation. The Government envisions the award of a cost plus fixed fee contract with a 12 month base period and four 12 month options. The level of effort for the base period and each option term will consist of approximately 50,000 direct labor hours. The procurement will be processed in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a))and in accordance with FAR 19.805 (Competitive 8(a)). The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to the EPA website on or about 07/10/02. The solicitation may be obtained from the EPA website, www.epa.gov/oam/cinn_cmd. NO WRITTEN OR TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL BE HONORED. All responsible 8(a) firms may submit offers which will be considered. The NAICS code is 561210.
