- This synopsis is a modification to the previous synopsis posted on May 9, 2002, with the Solicitation number of SP0480-02-R-5063. The correct solicitation number for this synopsis is SP0480-02-R-5062, NSN 2840-01-122-9205; Parts Kit, Power Unit, Lucas Western Inc. Cage 99551; P/N 2496130. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government, FOB Origin; unrestricted with other than full and open competition; configuration control applies, critical application applies, and origin inspection. Total quantity is 149 ea. plus 100% quantity option provision; automated best value model-the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation; production quantity delivery schedule: 160 DARO.
